Integration Engine (WIE) is an XML interface and integration
tool that allows applications to interact with existing web
sites and legacy applications. Fundamentally, the WIE
creates a software communications bridge between systems
that were not designed to interact with each other. |

involving data aggregation, collection, and interface.
