Paul C. Tan
P.Eng., MCSD, MCSE, MCT. President & CEO

As President and CEO of Web2XML Inc., Paul directs the vision of building XML based solutions and integration services utilizing Web2XML's proprietary technologies.

As an entrepreneur and technology developer, Paul brings over 20 years of computing experience to Web2XML. Prior to founding Web2XML Inc., Paul was the founder several other technology companies. In 1997, Paul founded Exadler Technologies Inc., a technology company developing speech recognition systems using a unique fuzzy neural engine. In 1995 Paul founded TerraPort Online Inc., one of the first Internet Service Providers in Toronto, Canada. Terraport Online was later sold to AT&T Canada.

Paul holds a B.A.Sc in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto. Paul has been involved in developing software products since 1978. Paul is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and Microsoft Certified Trainer.

William de Haan
Co-Founder, Director of Mobile Technology

In his role as Director of Mobile Technology, William designs and develops products and strategies for deployment of Web2XML services on wireless devices. Mr. de Haan has more than twenty years of experience in software development on cross platform and mobile computing systems.

Prior to his co-founding of Web2XML, William formed Deus Ex Machina, a Canadian software consulting firm, which has for more than ten years developed custom software products and services for clients such as IBM, Imperial Oil, the Bank of Montreal, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Alcatel/SEL, and Litton Systems.

Mr. de Haan holds an B.Sc degree in Computing Sciences from McMaster University.
